Dr. Gwen Lee-Thomas

Dr. Gwen Lee-Thomas is the founder & CEO of Quality Measures LLC (QM)--a Virginia-based independent evaluation company launched in 2009 that specializes in STEM-H evaluations for academic and research programs at colleges, universities, governmental organizations, and community based organizations. In addition, Dr. Gwen has over 25 years of experience in evaluation, organizational development, and team building often used to increase organizational capacity, and has a PhD in Education Administration.
